◊ Once we’ve agreed on a reference photo, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Please see Photography Guide.

◊ Timelines for commissions are based on current workload. You can expect a delivery of 2-6 weeks from the time of commission. If there is an urgent/imminent deadline, a rush fee can be negotiated.

◊ Two to three progress photos will be taken and sent to you throughout the drawing process so you can track the work alongside the artist. This is for your approval of the composition and to guarantee art that you love.

◊ A final photo and video will be sent to you before packaging and shipment, at which point only minor amendments can be requested (layers of pencil are really hard to remove).

◊ Once approved, the drawing will be sprayed with fixative (at which point no amendments can be made) and you will receive your piece within 2-5 business days with a certificate of authenticity unique to the commission. The final balance for the piece will be required prior to shipping.

◊ Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Venmo and Cash App. 

◊ Packaging will be guaranteed via FedEx, with the utmost of care and consideration taken into protecting the piece during transit. Tracking numbers will be sent to you at the time of shipping.
